1. We are pleased to offer you a 30% discount on all products on our website. 

2. We do not impose a monthly or annual minimum purchase quota on our dealers, so you are free to order as much or as little as you need.

3. We do not charge a shipping fee for any orders.

4. For orders below $10,000, the reseller is responsible for paying any customs fees and will also have to follow the importing procedures themselves. For orders exceeding $10,000, we will ship your order using the DDP method for your convenience, and we will cover all customs duties. 

5. All wholesale orders can be placed on wholesale.edelkrone.com. Alternatively you may place a PO by sending an email to wholesale@edelkrone.com. Our wire details are here.

7. Wholesale orders are dispatched within 7 days from our factory in Turkiye.

8. While we appreciate your interest in offering our products for display or demo purposes, we cannot offer special deals for store display or demo units.

9. We promise to supply the most current and effective descriptions, images, and videos on our website, and we welcome you to use the content on our website to promote our products.

10. We respectfully ask that you refrain from offering edelkrone products at prices lower than those listed on our website.

11. For products under warranty, we will solve the problem by choosing one of the following: calling the product in for free repair, sending parts for free, or sending a replacement product for free. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable solution from these options.

12. We can provide repair estimates at our factory to cover all shipping costs, customs fees, and the cost of parts for products not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, if the repair can be done by the customer or by you, we can also offer a repair price estimate that only covers one-way shipping and the cost of parts.

13. We are offering you a price protection guarantee for products that have been in your stock for less than a month. If our product prices decrease, we will pay you the difference. If the product prices increase, we won't reflect any cost for the stock you have on hand.

14. While we cannot promise regional exclusivity to any of our dealers, we will publish the full list of our resellers on our website. If your company is not listed on our resellers list, please send us an email at wholesale@edelkrone.com and request an update.

15. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions anytime we see fit. We guarantee that we will always seek mutually beneficial terms, and our changes will always try to improve the benefits for both parties.

16. We recognize that our dealers have the right to stop working with us at any time, without explanation. We value our cooperation with you and will continue to work with you as long as we believe it is beneficial for both parties. That being said, under no circumstances can we offer refunds we can only offer free after sales support for products protected under our warranty.

• We are now offering price protection for products that have been in your stock for less than a month.

• We've removed our requirement that the total value of your products must be at least $3000 in order for us to provide post-sales technical support for problematic products. Now, we will be responding to each of your needs on a case-by-case basis.

• The $249 Fixed Wholesale Handling Fee has been eliminated.

• The limit for Free Customs Duties (DDP Shipment) has been reduced to $10,000 from $15,000.

• The wholesale.edelkrone.com catalog has been streamlined for easier product discovery and checkout.

• We have streamlined our wholesale product list by eliminating maintenance kits, 3D printable products, soft cases, refurbished items, and older version clearance sale products. This decision was made to enhance the readability and comprehension of our pricing structure. It is important to note that the omitted items constituted an insignificant portion of our overall sales.
